1. Holding true to my goal of more cross-training, I took a spin class last night. It wasn't nearly as hard as the last one I took about five years ago when I lived in Jackson. Either I'm in much better shape now than I was then, or the class just wasn't as intense. I'm thinking it's probably a combination of the two. (I wanna do one of Janae's classes!
